Y.E.E.P. Funding Program

Financially empowering young African entrepreneurs to establish innovative solutions that tackle basic economic problems. Our funding opportunities provide direct support to start-ups and SMEs, with a particular focus on youth-driven businesses and innovations. Only participants of the Young Entrepreneurs Empowerment Project who have passed through our scholarship/mentorship program and have been certified by the Elite Entrepreneurs Academy are qualified to participate in The Capital (Y.E.E.P. Funding Program).

Stage 1: Business Profiling

This is the first step in the YEEP Funding Program, designed to thoroughly evaluate and understand the business ideas or existing businesses of qualified participants. This stage is crucial as it lays the foundation for the entire funding process, ensuring that only the most viable and promising businesses proceed to the next stages.

Stage 2: Online/Video Pitching

Qualified participants go through the online pitch event/video pitch submission, where they are required to present and defend their proposals to our in-house review and selection team. Participants who scale proceed to the live pitch where they present to our grantors and investors.

Stage 3: The Capital Live

Participants who scale through to this stage would be required to present and defend their business proposals as they pitch live to their potential grantors/investors. If they successfully pitch their ideas and business plans to our grantors, they could be awarded a grant and different levels of funding and opportunities by grantors and investors present at the pitch event.
